For 77 years, the Palestinian people have endured the Nakba—dispossession, forced displacement, and zionist colonization. And for 77 years, they have resisted. Against oppression, sieges, and genocide, Palestinians continue to fight for their land, their freedom, and their return.
Today Gaza is facing starvation and bombardment at the hands of Israel and the US. On May 17 we will show the ruling class that the world rejects zionism and that the people stand with Palestine. We will march against New York City’s deep complicity in Zionism – from naming public spaces after zionist criminals like Golda Meir, to being the hub of finance and war profiteering. Across Palestine and in exile, the struggle for liberation continues.”
