@demilitarizebklynnavyyard: “THURSDAY April 24 (12-3pm): workers, tenants, neighbors and community members COME TOGETHER and GET CONNECTED outside BNYDC’s financial hub Building 77, which houses the Easy Aerial war criminals and the offices of those leasing to genocide profiteers. In an effort for community members to write testimonies/solidarity statements, we will be discussing letter-writing ideas and tactics. We encourage everyone to consider these letters as a space to share their feelings and thoughts about the impact of militarism, weapons manufacturing, and fascist technology on the community. Our collective voice is our power; we see the urgency for all people of conscience to take action to gather community testimonies and contribute to the struggle. We will have zines, flyers, letter-writing materials, and petition signing.
